Ventilation

Industrial ventilation is essential for removing fumes, vapors, dust, and gases—including corrosive or toxic contaminants—ensuring safer and more efficient work environments. Ventiplast designs each system according to the client’s specific needs, whether for Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) or general ventilation.

  • Local exhaust ventilation captures contaminants directly at the source, reducing their dispersion.
  • General ventilation is used when emissions are diffuse or volumes are high, ensuring effective air renewal.
  • Combined systems allow for optimal control of fine particles, corrosive vapors, and atmospheric pollutants.

We have extensive experience in electroplating facilities, where emissions require specialized extraction and treatment. Extraction flow rates are defined based on a prior analysis of the type of contaminant, concentration, and operating temperature.
When it is necessary to treat the extracted air, we design and manufacture gas scrubbers sized according to the pollutants involved (acidic, alkaline, or specific compounds). We define the gas–liquid contact time, the scrubber volume, and all associated components, such as spray nozzles, filters, pumps, and tanks. Customized exhaust hoods are designed to capture contaminants directly at the source, increasing extraction efficiency and protecting workers.
Ventilation equipment is typically manufactured in polypropylene (PP) due to its excellent resistance to aggressive chemical environments. We also manufacture ducts up to 2,000 mm in diameter using PP sheet winding technology, in accordance with DVS 2205.
In addition to manufacturing, we provide installation, maintenance, repair and modification services at our clients’ facilities.

Fluid Handling and Storage

Ventiplast provides complete solutions for fluid handling and storage, from collection to final discharge. We design, manufacture and install a wide range of equipment, including:

  • Water and chemical storage tanks
  • Containment bunds
  • Vats and pits
  • Separators and reservoirs
  • Underground piping systems with inspection chambers

All equipment is custom-designed and manufactured in accordance with European standards and structural calculations, ensuring durability, watertightness and operational safety.

WECARE – Standard Effluent Treatment Equipment

Drawing on Ventiplast’s extensive experience, WECARE was developed as a dedicated range of standard wastewater treatment equipment. It offers reliable, cost-effective and easy-to-install solutions that complement our fully customised projects.
Main products:

  • WC LMD – Lamella Clarifiers – high-efficiency solid–liquid separation.
  • WC SLT – Sludge Thickeners – pre-concentration of suspensions, reducing treatment costs.
  • WC ACFR/SFR – Activated Carbon and Sand Filters – removal of residual chlorine, organic compounds, odors, and color.
  • WC SDC – Clarifiers with Thompson Profile – simple and robust clarification.
  • WC PSS – Sludge Dewatering Systems – compact units with filter bags.

All equipment is manufactured from PP or PE, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosive liquids, a long service life, low maintenance requirements and easy integration into a wide range of installations.

Laser Cutting and Engraving

Ventiplast uses advanced laser cutting and engraving technology to deliver precision, speed and high-quality finishes on materials such as acrylic, polycarbonate and PETG. We also provide plastic bending and bonding services, enabling us to manufacture a wide range of custom components for various industries, particularly the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

Machining

CNC
Our 3 and 5-axis CNC machining centers allow for the manufacture of parts with complex geometries, ensuring high precision and consistent quality.

Thermal Bending
We provide thermal bending of solid plastic sheets, with or without reinforcement and chamfering, enabling precise angles, repeatable bends and complex linear geometries with excellent dimensional accuracy.

Punching
Our punching machines cut and punch plastic sheets using precision punches and dies, making them ideal for repetitive hole patterns and simple shapes at high production speeds.

Sawing
Band and circular saws are used for straight, clean, and efficient cuts in plastic sheets, profiles, and blocks.

Lathe
Lathes allow for the machining of rotating parts, producing cylindrical or conical surfaces—ideal for tubes, shafts, and symmetrical components.

Plastic Welding

Ventiplast uses a range of welding processes for technical plastics, selecting the most suitable method for each application. These processes produce homogeneous joints with excellent watertightness, structural strength and chemical resistance.

Extrusion Welding

The filler material is melted inside the extrusion welder and deposited under pressure into the joint, while hot air preheats the surfaces to ensure proper fusion.

Hot Gas Welding

Hot air simultaneously heats the base material and the filler rod, making this process ideal for repairs, detailed work and hard-to-reach areas.

Socket Fusion

Pipes and fittings are heated separately with calibrated tools and then joined without rotation, creating a high-integrity monolithic joint.

Butt Welding

The mating surfaces are heated using a heated plate and then pressed together to form a homogeneous joint. This process is widely used for pipes and plastic sheets requiring tight dimensional tolerances.

Electrofusion

Fittings have built-in resistors that heat up when energized, melting the interface between the pipe and the fitting to form a confined fusion zone.

Thermoforming

Ventiplast performs thermoforming and molding processes that transform plastic sheets into three-dimensional components through controlled heating and shaping. This method allows for the production of lightweight, resistant parts with complex geometries, suitable for industrial and commercial applications.
We work with acrylic, PETG, polystyrene, ABS, and polycarbonate, ensuring excellent surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and mechanical performance. The process is suitable for prototypes, small series, or continuous production, always with customized finishes.
